Responsibilities

As a senior TA professional, you will be required to partner with candidates and hiring managers across the entire hiring cycle, from planning to final closure, for requirements at junior, middle and senior management levels. This will involve :

• Sourcing CV’s by various means like Job Portals, and Existing Databases.
• Preliminary screening of CV’s to check various aspects like candidates’ qualification, current company, and job location and shortlist the right profiles.
• Conducting preliminary telephonic interview to check candidates’ interest and availability, reason for change, communication skills, proficiency in the required technical skills and salary expectations.
• Scheduling the shortlisted candidates.
• Ensuring that these candidates turn up at the venue by making repeated reminder calls.
